After a dictatorship and civil war, the South American country of Nascencio launches an ambitious project to convert jungle into farmland, which is entrusted to the Japanese firm Seshimo. The company's head, Yuji Seshimo, is abducted during an inspection tour of the area. Kenichi, a private detective working in the noir style of New York, sets out to find his brother.
