Infiltrating an exclusive fetish club for the ultra-wealthy, former war photographer Tatsumi Saiga aims to snap a photo of the club's elusive "goddess," fifteen-year-old Kagura. Caught and facing execution, Saiga receives the power to destroy anything he photographs after a kiss from Kagura. It emerges that Kagura's bodily fluids can grant unique abilities tied to a person's deepest desires or obsessions. As Saiga helps Kagura pursue her freedom, they must evade detection from both the secretive club and the Tennouzu Group, the mega-corporation that operates it.

Background
Speed Grapher was published in English by Chuang Yi from December 2007 to November 2009. It had previously had two volumes published by Tokyopop from September 1 to December 2, 2008, but the publisher went defunct before the publication of the final volume. The series has been published by Titan Comics under the Titan Manga imprint since February 18, 2025.
