Synopsis
A decade after the Bubble War, the gap between the wealthy and the poor has grown increasingly stark worldwide, and Japan is no exception. The rich pursue the fulfillment of their desires and personal pleasure, and Tokyo has become a city shaped by this pursuit. Saiga, a former war photographer, now works for Hibara Ginza in the capitalist state of Tokyo. He infiltrates the Roppongi Club, a secretive facility located in the city's red-light district, in order to gather intelligence on them. However, he is caught during the operation and brought before a girl named Kagura, who is in the middle of a ritual. His contact with Kagura awakens a unique ability within him: the power to cause things to explode when he photographs them. To uncover the truth behind the Roppongi Club and Kagura, Saiga begins his solitary fight.
