Hoichiro Ohma seems like an ordinary, unremarkable office worker, and even his girlfriend Nanase is unaware of his secret identity. However, whenever someone is doomed by a curse or justice demands action, Hoichiro transforms into a Judge Of Darkness. Guided by the Laws Of Darkness, he wields a book bound in human skin and an unusual parrot to deliver punishment to criminals who would otherwise evade accountability.
