Synopsis

Hoichiro Ohma works at an office. To everyone around him, he appears as a quiet and modest man. Even his girlfriend, Nanase, has no idea that he is anything more—but he is. When a person is killed by murder, when someone takes their own life with a curse on their lips, or when a death demands judgment, he is there, because he is a Judge Of Darkness. Abiding by the Laws Of Darkness, using a tome crafted from human skin and an unusual parrot, he passes verdicts on living criminals who would otherwise escape justice.
