Tetsuya: Jansei to Yobareta Otoko

In 1947 Shinjuku, where financial struggles force many to gamble for their survival, Tetsuya, a wanderer, often visits mahjong parlors and defeats his opponents. But after encountering the highly skilled Boushu-san, Tetsuya realizes he still has much to improve in his abilities.
