After the events of Grisaia no Meikyuu, Kazami Yuuji is taken into custody on suspicion of links with an international terrorist organization led by Heath Oslo, who has smuggled a new weapon of mass destruction into Japan. Meanwhile, Mihama Academy faces closure within the next month due to financial troubles. However, the girls of Mihama, who have become more self-reliant under Yuuji’s influence over the past year, refuse to let their futures be decided for them and are unwilling to abandon Yuuji without trying to secure his release. As their time at Mihama draws to a close, Amane, Makina, Sachi, Yumiko, and Michiru all choose to take action. How much a group of students can accomplish against formidable national and organizational forces remains uncertain. Yuuji’s predicament proves more complicated than expected, drawing him into a intricate political scheme focusing on both himself and an unknown system within CIRS—a system to which Yuuji may be deeply connected. Yet it is evident that the Mihama girls are no longer passive victims of fate. With help from a mysterious ally called Thanatos, they aim to overcome these challenges.
