Shuumatsu no Harem

Reito Mizuhara, a young researcher battling multiple sclerosis, chooses to be cryogenically preserved in hopes of a future cure. Before entering suspended animation, he confesses his love to his childhood friend Erisa Tachibana and says goodbye to those close to him. As he loses consciousness, Erisa rushes in, promising to wait for his return. When he awakens five years later, Reito finds a world ravaged by the "Man-Killer Virus," which has wiped out nearly the entire male population. Because of his prior medical treatments, he is immune and one of the few remaining men. These survivors are now seen as essential to humanity's repopulation efforts, tasked with impregnating numerous women. Despite this immense pressure, Reito stays determined to find Erisa and refuses to engage with anyone else. In the face of constant temptations, he struggles to remain loyal to the woman he loves.
