World's End Harem

Synopsis

In "World's End Harem," Reito Mizuhara, a medical student at the National Advanced Medical School in Tokyo, contracts a rare and fatal disease called cellular sclerosis. To treat it, he undergoes cryogenic sleep for five years. When he wakes up, Reito discovers that one year into his slumber, a global pandemic erupted from the Male Killer (MK) virus, which wiped out all other males worldwide. Reito and four other men who were also in cryogenic sleep have developed immunity to the virus. As the last surviving males, they are expected to mate with numerous women to repopulate the earth. However, Reito remains dedicated to finding his childhood friend and only romantic interest, Elisa Tachibana, who vanished three years earlier. While the other surviving men embrace their new roles, Reito focuses on searching for Elisa, resisting the constant temptations around him, and uncovering the secrets behind the virus.
