For the past three years, Choi Woori has lived by herself, finding her only comfort in her five-year-old poodle mix named Maru. One morning, something incredible happens: Maru turns into a five-year-old girl, standing beside Woori’s bed and calling her "big sister." Woori has trouble adapting to this new situation, especially because Maru still acts a lot like a puppy. The little girl tries to bark, picks up objects with her mouth, and their usual walks become harder without a leash. Despite these odd habits, Maru’s endless energy and irresistible cuteness often catch the attention of their unusual neighbors, making sure Woori never feels lonely anymore.
