In Odaiba, Tokyo, a mostly empty high-rise building serves as the site of a peculiar gathering. Woo, having traveled from Hong Kong, brings along a treasured book known as "The Black Book of Fairy Tales." Accompanying him are a fair-haired Englishman and a bespectacled Eurasian youth acting as a consultant. While performing a search for weapons, Woo opens the front of the consultant's coat to discover its interior is lined with countless pockets packed with books, magazines, newspapers, and all sorts of other items, leaving him completely dumbfounded.
