At age 27, musician Rikitaro finds his dream of becoming a rock star on par with Jimi Hendrix or Jim Morrison slowly fading away. Ooishi, a former three-time world boxing champion, has moved into the entertainment world and now stars in a boxing reality TV series. Their paths first cross without consequence, but weeks later, their fates become linked. Rikitaro gets one final chance from a record label to secure a contract, provided he improves his physical fitness to boost his appeal. While searching for a gym, he stumbles upon the facility where Ooishi is filming his show.
