Watashi no Shiawase na Kekkon ranked sixth in the 2021 Kono Manga ga Sugoi! for the Female Readers division. The manga was nominated for the 46th Kodansha Manga Award in the Shoujo category in 2022. The series has been published in English as My Happy Marriage by Square Enix since September 13, 2022. It has also been released in Portuguese by Editorial Presença since October 2024.
