Background
Da Zhuzai was originally serialized in Yue Manhua (悦漫画), and moved to Yizhou Manhua (壹周漫画) on March 27, 2015. The series was published in book form by Hunan People's Publishing House (湖南人民出版社) until volume 10, and subsequent volumes have been published by Baihuazhou Literature and Art Publishing House (百花洲文艺出版社). The series has been published digitally in English as The Great Ruler by MangaToon since May 5, 2019.
