In *Hinamatsuri*, yakuza enforcer Yoshifumi Nitta's life is turned upside down when a strange capsule crashes into his head. He first thinks it's a dream, but soon discovers it's real, and out of it emerges a young girl named Hina, who only remembers her own name. Using her psychokinetic powers, Hina forces Yoshifumi to buy her clothes and toys, leaving him with no choice but to become her caretaker. As their unusual relationship develops, Hina's supernatural abilities inadvertently help Yoshifumi climb the ranks of the yakuza. The series follows the comedic adventures of this duo, including Hina's mischief and the involvement of new friends and old acquaintances. Meanwhile, Yoshifumi struggles with the challenges of raising Hina, keeping her powers secret, and managing his duties in the yakuza world.
