In the Demon World, Staz Charlie Blood is known as a formidable and intimidating ruler, though he actually has a very easygoing demeanor. Unlike typical vampires, he refuses to drink human blood and is extremely interested in human culture, especially Japanese customs. His fascination grows even stronger when Fuyumi Yanagi, a cute human girl, accidentally finds her way into the Demon World. Staz eagerly takes the chance to learn about human society from her, but their talk is interrupted when a rival demon challenges his authority. After quickly defeating the opponent, Staz returns to find that Fuyumi has been consumed by a carnivorous plant in his absence. Fortunately, she lingers on as a ghost, but she no longer has the human traits that drew Staz to her. Determined to change this, he vows to discover a spell that can bring her back to her physical form. Their search takes them to the human world, fulfilling Staz’s longtime wish to visit it. Alongside Fuyumi and their friends, they are about to embark on a series of wild adventures.
