While attending an ancestral memorial service in Okinawa, ordinary high school freshman Kakazu Kio meets a girl named Elis who has cat ears and says she is an alien. Not long after this encounter, both a group of radical alien worshipers and a secret government agency begin chasing after Elis. Manami, Kio's childhood friend who wants to become a CIA agent like her father, chooses to protect Elis on her own, forcing Kio to step in and shield her from the multiple threats that arise.
