The war god Mars, who also protects the planet Mars, was once sealed away by Seiya. As time passes, his revival draws near. At the same time, Saori Kido—known as Athena—is raising Kouga, a boy whom Seiya saved. Kouga trains tirelessly every day to become a Saint and prepare for the approaching threat. Unaware of it, Kouga will soon unlock the dormant power of his Cosmo. With this awakening, a new chapter in the Saints' story begins.
