At Yonggang University, the psychology department's consultation room is run by the exceptional Dr. Frost. With his distinctive white hair and emotionless demeanor, Dr. Frost has an extraordinary ability to understand people. Though he lacks emotions such as love and empathy, he successfully handles every case using his extensive theoretical knowledge and sharp observational skills. He works alongside Yoon Seong-Ah, a psychology student at the university. Together, they explore the emotions and motivations of their clients, a process that gradually helps Dr. Frost rediscover a part of himself he had long forgotten.

Dr. Frost is originally a webtoon series which has been officially published in book format by Anibooks (애니북스) since May 18, 2012. It was adapted into a live-action TV series from November 23, 2014, to February 1, 2015.
