Thirty's Spring

서른의 봄

At twenty-nine, I find myself reflecting a lot as I approach thirty and the beginning of my thirties. Compared with friends enjoying happy marriages or those who have fulfilled their dreams, I feel deeply insignificant. At work, I'm looked down on because I'm a contract worker, and at home, I'm pressured about marriage. I try to tell myself, 'This is fine. Everyone lives like this,' but overnight, my marriage plans and my hopes for a permanent position vanish completely. Spring, crossing into her 30s empty-handed.
