Nina Kamiyama is a girl who rejects a feminine appearance, keeping her hair short and wearing the male uniform at her high school. When a girl at a nearby school is assaulted, all local high schools cancel after-school activities for girls and urge them to walk home in groups. Hikaru Horiuchi, a judo club member, notices that Kamiyama still walks home alone despite the warnings. One day, he encounters Kamiyama on her way home and uncovers her secret: she is Karen, the former center idol of Pure Club.
