Three years ago, in the land of Reinbulk, a Legendary Hero was summoned to the Kingdom of Leezalion and successfully drove back the Demon King. Now, five students are summoned once again to Reinbulk by the Kingdom of Luxeria to battle the Demon King and his demon army. Unlike the other heroes, Yashiro Yuu possesses no magical affinity, and the Luxeria Kingdom has no intention of acknowledging his existence or sending him back to his world. However, Yuu is actually the previous Hero who fought the Demon King. Moreover, he is baffled by the situation because he knows the Demon King has not returned since he sealed him away. If the seal were ever broken, he would be automatically summoned instead of through a normal summoning. Since he has already saved the world once and the Demon King remains unsealed, Yuu decides to leave the demons to the new heroes and retire from the hero business.
