BRIGADOON: Marin to Melan

In a 1970s Tokyo alternate reality, 13-year-old Marin Asagi wakes to find the sky dominated by a strange mechanical object. This object releases a Monomakia—a lethal weapon created solely to kill her. Marin, an orphan, barely survives thanks to Melan Blue, the Gun-Swordsman fated to protect her. Melan has weaponized arms, the ability to fly, and retractable armor, making him a formidable guardian. As Marin wonders who sent the Monomakia and why she is its target, she also questions who dispatched Melan to defend her and what secrets Brigadoon holds. Accompanied by her new protector, Marin sets out on a journey across two worlds to uncover the truth.
