After her grandmother passed away, middle school student Nakamachi Kana takes up a job as a live-in newspaper delivery person. She resides in a room featuring a hole in the wall that connects to the apartments of her female colleagues. These neighbors frequently come through that hole to join in lively parties and celebrations.
