In ages long past, the God of Destruction, Enka, died while foretelling that their child would bring about the end of the world. Hundreds of years later, possible descendants of Enka—both human and otherwise—are located and assembled under the Peaceful Family Operation. The aim is to identify the true heir and prevent global catastrophe by creating a familial bond among them. Taking place in the year 2063, the narrative focuses on the disorderly daily existence of an unusual "family" brought together by the Imperial Japanese Anti-Paranormal Phenomena Section's Special Operations Forces. This motley crew includes a catgirl serving as the "mother," a lion acting as the "son," a sentient land-combat android playing another "son," a jellyfish-like extraterrestrial "daughter," and a clumsy 27-year-old military officer who assumes the role of "father." Their objective is to rescue Earth from its imminent destruction.
