Summary
Tsuneo Saikawa is the owner of the Saikyou Saitama Lycaons, a baseball team he prioritizes for its financial potential rather than its competitive success. He enters into the One Outs contract with Toua Tokuchi, but as he realizes he continues to lose money despite the arrangement, he modifies the agreement by adding further conditions. Saikawa maintains tight control over various staff members, treating them as pawns to execute his will. These subordinates include the team secretary, sales personnel, scouts, scorekeepers, and the manager, all of whom are under his command.
