Summary

Helmeppo is the son of the inept Marine Captain Morgan. Following his father’s defeat by Luffy, Helmeppo enlists in the Marines alongside Coby. He later reappears in episode 314 as a member of Vice Admiral Garp’s unit, where he has significantly strengthened his abilities through rigorous training under Garp, who is also Luffy’s grandfather.
