Summary
Grumman serves as the commander of the eastern headquarters and is the grandfather of Riza Hawkeye. Because he avoids the constant surveillance of the Humonculi, he assists Mustang in his efforts to overthrow the Humonculi-controlled government, though his motivations appear to stem strictly from personal ambition.
