Ryuji Nomoto, known by the nickname Baremoto, which translates to "Uncovered," is a seventeen-year-old protagonist in RAINBOW. He has been detained for crimes including fraud, usurpation, and theft, having frequently committed offenses in shopping centers. Distinguished by his glasses, Nomoto possesses a personality characterized by observation. His eyewear proved useful when Sakuragi used them to refract sunlight and light a cigarette that Joe had given him.
