Summary
Seishirou Momoi is renowned as the finest swordsman in the region, a title accompanied by his self-proclaimed moniker, "human lightning." Believing that such formidable prowess would inevitably draw the attention of tsujigiri, Mugen tracks him down as he strolls through the street accompanied by his subordinates. Misidentifying Mugen as the threat, Seishirou observes his lackeys being defeated and, in a sudden reversal of confidence, pleads for his life, claiming that the intimidating nickname was merely a fabrication.
