Summary
Yokosuka Jou, often called Joe, is a sixteen-year-old protagonist in RAINBOW. He was imprisoned for two years following a violent incident in which he severely injured a man who had forced him into sexual relationships. Despite being naturally frail, Joe demonstrated a desperate will to survive on his very first day at the facility by offering Sakuragi a cigarette to beg for mercy after Sakuragi defeated the group in a brawl initiated by Mario. He has a younger sister named Megumi.
