Summary
After Mugen, Fuu, and Jin split up on their journey to Nagasaki, Yukimaru conceals his identity and launches a surprise assault on Jin seeking vengeance for his late master. During their duel, Jin pierces through Yukimaru’s stealth tactics, exposing his true face. Upon receiving praise for his combat prowess from Jin, Yukimaru questions why his opponent merely evades rather than striking back. Jin coldly responds that Yukimaru is not worth the effort to kill, then proceeds to leap down a waterfall, declaring that Yukimaru might as well be dead already.
