Summary
Koshou serves as the charismatic leader of the Shisui rebels. Despite his conviction that they lack the strength to defeat Shoukou, he rallies his followers to wage war against the capital. When Youko declares that Shoukou must be spared, Koshou lends his support to this decision. Later, when the capital city of Takuhou is set ablaze, Koshou insists that the civilians must be rescued, arguing that the rebellion loses its purpose otherwise, even though he recognizes the fire is a trap designed to eliminate his fighters. When Youko offers him a reward for his service, Koshou requests that she secure a university spot for his brother, Sekki.
