Summary
Takeshi Kotobuki is an Ajin who previously served as Kaito's partner while incarcerated. Although he managed to escape the detention facility on August 6, he voluntarily returned two days later. Following his return, he was held in solitary confinement for a month for questioning. His interrogation proved futile, as he maintained his innocence by claiming he was unaware of the events and was simply outside when he noticed them.
