Synopsis
Continues the story of Ajin: Demi-Human Movie 1: Compel
Kei, a high school student, is among at least forty-seven others who realize that immortality has a terrifying catch. Instead of becoming a superhero, Kei becomes a target of governments and society, seen as a valuable specimen to be captured and subjected to endless scientific experiments. As a demi-human, Kei faces the grim destiny of experiencing countless deaths for the sake of human progress.
In this installment
The second installment in the Ajin film trilogy. Immortal beings first appeared 17 years ago on the battlefields of Africa. Afterward, scarce, mysterious new immortal lifeforms started emerging among humans, and they became known as "Ajin" (demi-humans). Right before summer vacation, a Japanese high school student is killed instantly in a traffic accident while returning home from school. But he revives, and a bounty is placed on his head. So begins a boy's life on the run from all of humanity.
