Mei Mei
Summary
Like Ikuto, Mei Mei is an outsider whose family served as traveling performers. She embarked on a journey to refine her skills after making frequent mistakes, a path that ultimately led her to the island. Mei Mei is extremely shy and reclusive, unable to speak with strangers unless she wears a disguise, typically a large tree costume. Instead of words, she communicates her thoughts through drawings. During her travels, she befriended a kappa named Tohno, who has accompanied her to the island. Her feelings for Ikuto develop after he fights to protect her from being taken by Tiger, who intended to make her the North Leader.
