Summary
Haruka Fukagawa is Risa's childhood friend who relocated abroad during their elementary school years. He views Risa as a hero because she defended him against bullying from other boys who mocked his name. Although he harbors romantic feelings for her and hopes to become her boyfriend, he is deeply disappointed to discover the identity of the person Risa actually loves.
