Summary
Jin Bai was born in 1758 into a family of Chinese puppeteers. He later journeyed to Prague alongside his brother, Yín, with the intention of studying alchemy to craft more realistic puppets. During his time there, Jin encountered a woman named Francine and fell in love with her at first sight. However, when Francine developed romantic feelings for Yín instead, Jin viewed this as a betrayal by both of them. In response, he abducted her just hours after her wedding.
