Storch
Summary
Storch serves as an Amestrian State Military Officer based in Central City, initially holding the role of personal secretary to Führer King Bradley. He retains this position until Lt. Riza Hawkeye is appointed to the post, a strategic move by Bradley to monitor her and the members of Colonel Mustang's team. Storch later appears outside Central Command alongside Yakovlev from Internal Affairs to deliver Hawkeye's new orders in person. His first introduction in the story occurs during Edward Elric's practical exam, where the young alchemist attempts to intimidate the nation's leader with his spear. At that moment, Storch and several other soldiers reprimand Edward for his arrogance and attempt to disqualify him from the exam. The lieutenant colonel reappears subsequently at Southern Command, accompanying the Führer and Alex Louis Armstrong while Edward pretends to submit his annual assessment report.
