Summary
Natsume, Goro serves as the physician responsible for Rika’s medical care. He previously attended to her at a different facility before being transferred to the hospital located in Yūichi’s town. To ensure he could continue treating her, Rika subsequently transferred to his current hospital. While Natsume harbors personal feelings for Rika and attempts to disrupt her relationship with Yūichi under the guise of amusement, his true motives stem from his past. Having lost his wife to a condition similar to Rika’s, he likely seeks to protect Yūichi from experiencing the same heartbreak.
