Summary
Tadashi Hoshika is a JAXA employee whose dream of becoming an astronaut remained unfulfilled. He served as an inspiration to Mutta and Hibito during their childhood and worked as part of the JAXA team that administered the astronaut recruitment tests. After the final examination in the program, Hoshika was the one who personally delivered the results to Nanba Mutta.
