Hawk's Eye appears as a tall young man characterized by bright, wild pink hair. During combat, he dons a bra-like toga and tights. In the anime adaptation, he frequently engages in spats with Tiger's Eye, maintaining a love-hate dynamic where their arguments tend to be playful. His combat style relies on fire-based attacks, utilizing a torch as his primary weapon. His choice of targets aligns with his romantic preference for older women. In the anime storyline, he is killed by the lemures known as 'Mr. Magic Pierrot', who was dispatched by PallaPalla to eliminate the trio. Pegasus subsequently revives him, and he is transported to Elysion alongside the rest of the group. In the manga, Hawk's Eye deceives Sailor Jupiter by posing as a female owner of a herb store. He is destroyed shortly after she powers up into her 'Super' form, falling victim to the blast from her new attack, Jupiter Oak Evolution.
