Akizuki, Keiichirou
Summary
Akizuki Keiichirou is a member of the Tokugawa bakufu who becomes the English tutor for Kusaka Touma, a member of the Choshu clan who secretly wishes to foster better relations with foreign nations. Although Akizuki serves the political enemy of Kusaka’s clan, their bond deepens into something more significant as he teaches him the language. Despite his dangerous position and the inherent risks, Akizuki possesses a mild and gentle nature that prevents him from drawing his sword, even when his own life is under threat.
