Anzai, Chiyomi

Summary

Chiyomi Anzai, known by the nickname Anchovy, serves as the overall commander of Anzio. She pilots a Carro Armato P 40 heavy tank and dresses in a Black Shirts uniform reminiscent of Benito Mussolini. Anchovy is a self-confident and hot-blooded leader who can be quite cruel, viewing every Sensha-dō battle as a personal duel between commanders. This mindset leads her to insult opponents before matches, calling them weak and cowardly. Despite this aggressive demeanor, she cares deeply for her subordinates and proves herself to be a capable tactician. Her nickname Anchovy refers to a type of preserved fish that is a favorite food in Mediterranean European countries like Italy.
