Synopsis

Continues the story of Girls und Panzer

In the world of Girls und Panzer, Senshadou—a competitive activity using tanks from World War II—is practiced by women and girls worldwide. This sport aims to enhance women's social standing and draw male interest, becoming a global phenomenon that leads to an upcoming world championship being hosted in Japan. Miho Nishizumi comes from a family famous for its skill in Senshadou, but a troubling event caused her to quit the activity, damaging her relationship with her relatives. Hoping to escape Senshadou, Miho transfers to Ooarai Girls Academy, a school that had previously ended its tankery program. However, as the championship approaches, the academy revives its Senshadou team, forcing Miho to rethink her choice. With the support of her new friends, Miho must face her fears and command a tank unit to protect her school's future. Along the way, she also aims to prove to her family that the true spirit of the Nishizumi style of Senshadou goes beyond simply winning.

In this installment

Following their victory in the 63rd National Sensha-dou competition, the students of Ooarai Girls Academy managed to fend off the threat of school closure imposed by the Japanese Ministry of Education. However, challenges persist: a ministry representative disputes the validity of the agreement, and the school's aircraft carrier is scheduled for decommissioning. The students and their families feel disheartened and helpless in the face of this injustice. In their last attempt to secure the school’s future, Ooarai proposes a match against the All-Stars University Sensha-dou team, a formidable group comprising the top talents from universities nationwide. Despite being vastly outnumbered and outclassed, the Ooarai girls accept the daunting challenge.
