Summary
Mahiro Oyama serves as the central protagonist of Onii-chan wa Oshimai. Originally a male, he was forcibly transformed into a female after being drugged by his younger sister. Now standing at 144 cm and weighing 38 kg, he is approximately twenty years old with a birthday on March 6th and Type O blood.
