Synopsis

In "Onimai: I'm Now Your Sister!", Mahiro Oyama, who calls himself a home security guard, has lived shut inside his room for years, spending his time on adult visual novels and steering clear of the outside world. His gifted younger sister, Mihari, grows worried about his future and decides to take bold action to help him return to a normal life. Mihari's first step is creating a drug that transforms Mahiro's body into that of a girl, much to his horror.
