Summary
Ayane serves as Suzu’s persistent rival, harboring a desperate desire to secure a single victory after being constantly defeated. Although she appears young, she is actually sixteen years old, and her underdeveloped physique fuels her jealousy toward Suzu’s sudden growth. She holds a deep, paralyzing fear of her older sister, Machi, and relies on anesthetic darts as her primary weapon. Her ultimate goal is to capture Ikuto in order to surpass Suzu. Ayane works as a miko at the local shrine alongside Machi and their mother, Chizuru, who Ikuto initially mistook for his sister. For transportation, she frequently rides on a giant ostrich named Monjiro.
