Oktavia von Seckendorff
Summary
Oktavia von Seckendorff is the Mermaid Witch manifestation of Sayaka, a main protagonist and close friend of Madoka. Her barrier, which resembles a concert hall, reflects her deep affection for the violinist Kyosuke, whose performance had previously moved her. As a witch, Oktavia remains trapped in these past memories, unable to move forward. She is accompanied by the familiars Holger and Klarissa, and she made her first appearance in Episode 8.
