Konjiki no Yami
Summary
Known by her English name, Golden Darkness, and commonly called "Yami-chan," this withdrawn and dispassionate assassin was originally hired by Lacospo, one of Lala’s arranged suitors, to eliminate Rito. However, she broke the contract after realizing the true nature of her target. Currently residing on Earth, she frequents the streets and Sainan High under the pretense of continuing her mission, though this is merely an excuse to remain on the planet. She spends her leisure time reading books and magazines while consuming taiyaki, the first food offered to her by Rito before a sukiyaki dinner at the Yuuki residence. Although she appears to be an 11-year-old, she is actually 24,000 years old, a fact she nearly revealed in season 1 before being interrupted. She has a specific weakness to anything slimy. Like Lala, her physical abilities far exceed those of a human. She can transform her body parts into various weapons, such as swords and dragon heads, using nano machines, though excessive use endangers her health. She strongly dislikes perverts and "ecchi" behavior, often attacking those who look at her inappropriately, even when her own actions, such as using her powers to enlarge her bust, invite such attention. While she claims not to understand love, she gradually grows closer to Rito after recognizing his good character.
